We expect everything to go according to plan and get stressed when it doesn't turn out that way. You can't control outside events, but you can control how you respond to them. Think about it...

REACT OR RESPOND ....

Do you ever heard about sledging |in cricket?  In Cricket the opponent team comes and gives bad words to the Batsman. In short , to distract the batsman its kind of strategy. But the Sachin Tendulkar never affected by sledging . He is cool. Are you cool? When people do sledging in your game of life are you cool? Or you loose your control? There are some situation which are beyond our control , but do you  react to those situation or respond it?? Do you know the difference between to React or to Respond ??

Do you ever observe the bottle of Soda Can ? When it is sealed it looks calm but when you give pressure to it or simply when we shake the can it foams up , yes that is exactly happens with us that we REACT😇 If someone do sledging against us we react it , we loose our control and starts reacting on it. The stimulus of a person sledging against us , criticizing , pulling us down , politicking makes us react and foam out..

Now consider a sealed Water Bottle . Do whatever with it like shake it , drop it or do anything , but it never foams up ...Did you understands the concept . The question is, do you want to be a SODA-CAN or a BOTTLE of WATER? Yes I am sure under pressure we react like "SODA". And thus , in our life we will always have a stimulus and we can choose to respond because between the stimulus and response is our choice .
